Our Returns Policy

Please note: A separate returns policy applies for in-store purchases. Please refer to notices in store for more information.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund purchases if they are sent back at the customer’s expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days. For hygiene reasons the following products are checked and sealed with tamper proof seals: earrings, gloves, make-up, tights, underwear and wigs. We will be unable to refund or exchange any of these products if the tamper seals have been removed.

Any returned items must be sent back at the customer’s expense in the original packaging and condition they were received in. In order to arrange a return please e-mail enquiries@pineapplehat.com with your full details and order number. If your return is authorised we will provide you with a returns address.
Returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be exchanged for an equivalent product.
